Laura Carno is created equal, and expects the government to treat us as if we all were.
The founder of I Am Created Equal, she builds on an extensive history of achievement in the private sector, managing large teams to corporate succcesses—and in the public sector, guiding worthy candidates to election victories. But that’s just background. What she does is advance meaningful causes, the only way that matters: one person at a time.

I Am Created Equal declares that our rights exist by nature–they do not come from the government; that we are sovereign–free to make our own choices; that a government who seeks to control us is a government out of control.

Together we have stories that need to be told. Stories of families being treated as dependents, stories of women having to fight for equal rights–as if they didn’t already have them, and stories of government excess, of a nanny state that thinks it knows better than you how to run your life.

I Am Created Equal says that must stop. We say that free people doing what they want with their own property is the foundation of our country and our culture. We say that the condescending attitude of Washington politicians insults us and our families. We say that we’ve had enough of big government’s “protection” and that we are fully capable of running our own lives.
