The Justice Department of the federal government has notified election officials at state and county levels all over the country that they must be prepared to furnish ballots in as many as 68 foreign languages for the 2012 elections. Section 8 of the Civil Rights Act says that ballots are to be printed in English. Also immigrants to the USA must read and write English to become citizens of the USA.
William Perry Pendley, President of Mountain States Legal Foundation is well known as a defender of our Constitutional and legal rights when these rights are denied by Government Agencies. These rulings by the Justice Department would contribute greatly to voter fraud and must be reversed.
Mr. Pendley has announced that Mountain States Legal Foundation ”has made it our number one priority to stop this injustice which is wasteful, costly, increases voter fraud, and is also UNCONSTITUTIONAL”.
